Description

Are you expecting a first baby?
If YES, you and your partner may be eligible to participate in an evaluation of the
Family Foundations DVD series, which provides a firm base for families in how to
manage the year after childbirth.
All couples will be paid up to $240 for participating in the evaluation study.
In past research, parents who participated in Family Foundations showed
Better parenting teamwork and couple relationship quality
Less stress and postpartum depression
More sensitive parenting
Children in these families showed
Better attention span
More self-soothing
Fewer behavioral problems
The study is being conducted by
Community Strategies and funded by NIH.
You will be able to watch the DVD series
and answer questions from home.
